Open Chain Powertrack Overhead Conveyor SystemMCM Conveyors open chain Powertrack range of conveyors have been specifically designed to convey heavy individual product loads and operate with high chainpull values. The conveyors are the perfect solution for operating in arduous process and finishing environments where heavy unit loads require handling. The open chain Powertrack conveyor utilises a heavy-duty RSJ track section with under slung drop forged chain and trolleys to carry the product loads. Inverted Dualtrack Floor Conveyor SystemA specialised inverted conveyor, the Dualtrack has been specifically designed to operate in the inverted mode, without compromising the stability and positional accuracy of a product, not normally associated with overheads due to gravitational pull. Exceptionally clean in its operation due to the chain track being below the handled product, debris and other contamination is eliminated, which greatly reduces re-work and reject problems. |
