Overhead and Inverted Power Chain Conveyor Systems utilise a powered continuous chain arrangement, carrying a series of single pendants. The same principal is also used to push a trolley as shown in the diagram to the right. Because of the modular design; installations, system re-arrangements and extensions can be carried out quickly and easily.
Standard vertical and horizontal bends of varying radius and angles are available together with a wide range of spinners, indexers, automatic loaders and unloaders. This means that virtually all process requirements and the most testing of routing configurations can be accommodated.
Many industry sectors benefit from our chain conveyor technology; automotive, white and brown goods, metal finishing and distribution. A main theme of the division is bespoke design; incorporating fresh and original ideas based on a standard product.

Powered roller conveyors comprise of components that are designed for both heavy duty usage and flexibility. They consist of pre-assembled modules comprising drive sections, slave sections, curves, spurs, merges, transfers, stops, supports and a full range of ancillary items. Powered roller conveyor are used predominantly in high volume situations where it becomes impractical and too ineffeciant to handle manually.
Most companies producing large volumes rely on palletising for streamlining their production flow and storage capacities, therefore relying on our powered roller conveyors as a way of conveying. Our powered roller conveyors are flexible and can incorporate such accessories as 90 degree cross transfers for multi lane storage. Many production plants also use our powered roller conveyors for full production, assembly and test lines, ready for end of line packing.

Belt bend conveyors are used for the controlled movement of a large variety of both regular and irregular shaped products. They can move light, fragile to heavy, rugged unit loads on a horizontal, inclined or declined path within the limits of product stability and the conveyor component capacities. The items being conveyed are carried by the top surface of the belt.
Our patented Gramac belt bends have been used across many industrial sectors and in particular, is still reliably serving handling requirements in airports throughout the world.
