Accumulation Conveyor Systems

Amber Automation accumulation conveyors are used to transport and accumulate cartons, totes and other unit loads. These conveyors are used to transport and hold product for release to other work stations or into a sortation conveyor system. Accumulation conveyors are available in either “Minimum Line Pressure” or “Zero Line Pressure” configurations.

Amber Automation lineshaft conveyors provide minimum line pressure accumulation and are suited to reasonably rigid boxes, cartons, totes etc. Amber zero line pressure accumulation conveyors, whilst similar in many respects to Amber’s lineshaft conveyor systems, are designed to prevent cartons or unit loads from coming into contact with each other and are therefore ideal for delicate or fragile loads.

Amber Automation accumulation conveyors are used in a wide variety of industry sectors such as order picking, distribution, packing, assembly, production lines, sortation systems, warehousing, packaging etc where the transport of light to medium weight products is required.
