Enclosed Chain Conveyor

MCM Conveyors enclosed Powertrack range can be confidently utilised as a light to medium duty conveyor to handle varying product types across all industry sectors - Paint Finishing, Automotive, White Goods, Warehousing - the applications are endless. The conveyors - PT15, PT20, PT30, PT60 & PT100 Powertracks all offer an enclosed track section, with pendants for product attachment, protruding from a central slot on the under side of the conveyor track.

Enclosed Chain Conveyor

The PT15, PT20, PT30, PT60 & PT100 Powertrack systems offer carrying capacities from 15kg upto 100kg per pendant attachment, at varying carrying pitches. The systems will operate in temperatures upto 250°C, and utilise the latest shot type lubricators to ensure a reliable operation in these arduous conditions is maintained. Increased product loadings can easily be accommodated with the use of a loadbar, which connects two pendants together.

Enclosed Powertrack systems, as with the Sidetrack range utilise tight radii horizontal and vertical bends, which offer total flexibility in their routing and will suit most conveyor layouts around a factory or warehouse. The added advantage of the Powertrack conveyor is its modular construction, bolted support and clamp assemblies that allow layout modifications, conveyor extensions and re-routes to be easily completed over a short time scale therefore maintaining that any system downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.

Open Chain Powertrack Range

Open Chain Conveyor

MCM Conveyors open chain Powertrack range of conveyors have been specifically designed to convey heavy individual product loads and operate with high chainpull values. The conveyors - PT90, PT200 & PT500 Powertracks are the perfect solution for operating in arduous process and finishing environments where heavy unit loads require handling.

The open chain Powertrack conveyor utilises a heavy-duty RSJ track section with under slung drop forged chain and trolleys to carry the product loads. Due to the chain design and material type, longer systems can be engineered without the necessity of multiple drives being incorporated.

The PT90, 200 & 500 Powertrack systems offer carrying capacities from 90kg upto 545kg per two-wheel trolley assembly, at varying carrying pitches. The systems will operate in temperatures upto 250°C, and utilise the latest shot type lubricators to ensure a reliable operation in these arduous conditions is maintained.

Inline caterpillar drive units, pneumatically operated tension units and heavy duty roller turn rollers on horizontal bends ensure surge free, smooth operation of the conveyor system at all times. Various standard radii and angles for horizontal & vertical bends can be manufactured to suit most layout and product types.
