MCM Conveyors enhanced handling products, the Sidetrack range of conveyors has been specifically designed to eliminate the risk of product contamination. The new conveyors - ST30, 60 & 100 Sidetracks are the perfect solution for operating in clean environments such as food and garment handling, lacer and paint processes and plastic component finishing.
The new Sidetrack conveyors utilise a 'C' shaped hanging pendant which are attached to the conveyor chain through a
side mounted slot on the conveyor track, as opposed to the
bottom as with conventional type chain conveyors.
The side mounted pendants on the Sidetrack systems ensure the transported components are shielded from the conveyor chain, thus eliminating the risk of product contamination.
The ST30, 60 & 100 Sidetrack systems offer carrying capacities upto 75kg, at varying product pitches. The systems will operate in temperatures upto 250°C, making it ideal for paint & powder finishing plants, and utilises the latest shot type lubricators to ensure a reliable operation in these arduous conditions is maintained.
With various attachments designed to fit directly onto the chain pendants, the Sidetrack range can adapt to most applications through a wide scope of industry.
